Forced labor was a policy implemented by the Nazi regime, the purpose of which was to exploit the jewish people as a free labor force. This included forced labor in ghettos, and later in concentration and extermination camps. Most jews were forced to work in conditions of slavery.
Title „to work and To Work” seems to speak of two meanings of work. If today we understand work as a person’s professional self-realization, the opportunity to use one’s talents, to create well-being for oneself and one’s family (work with a capital letter), then the exploitation of the jewish people, as unpaid labor, was slavery, therefore in this case the word „work” must be written symbolically – with a lowercase letter.

An information sign „To work here” was used.
